All payments are non-refundable. Change of dates in reservation is allowed, based on availability of Brangsa (rooms).

All reservations will be held on a tentative basis unless advance bank deposit is made within due date. Unpaid bookings will be automatically released after 24 hours.
All Brangsas (rooms) are of same size. For comfort and safety of our guests, we have a strict policy of occupancy as follows:
a. One Brangsa can accommodated maximum of 3 adults. 3rd adult sleeps on additional mattress at additional cost.
b. Children under 6 years of age sleeps with parents on the same bed.
c. All Brangsas are non-smoking. Smoking permitted only in designated areas. Violation will result in a penalty.
d. Airport pick-up and drop-off will be provided for an additional charge.
